vSRM – Supplier Performance and Reports
This is a report library which enables monitoring and reporting supplier performance. The supplier performance reports and KPI’s which are used in two of our target sectors, automotive and retail, are readily available. Both you and your suppliers can monitor their current supply performances.
All companies wish to monitor, measure and evaluate their own supply performances and their suppliers’ performances under different performance criteria. As vSRM is a system where the record of the logistic movements between you and your suppliers is kept, it includes the required data to calculate the supply performance. The supplier performance reports and KPI’s which are used in our target sectors, automotive and retail, are readily available.
In terms of quantity and time, in addition to the frequently used performance criteria such as the shipment performance, order recovery ratio, PPM values on product and supplier basis, and return material rate, there are reports through which you can monitor your suppliers’ quality and price performances. You can compare performance among the suppliers from whom you purchase similar products and services, and calculate the performance scores of your suppliers with general supplier evaluation report. Late delivery penalty score calculations based on performance can be made in a transparent environment which is visible for your suppliers.
Order and shipment reports on summary and detail basis which assist your purchasing department to conduct daily order and shipment follow up, the offer and price analysis reports are among the other reports presented.
